HOW MUCH COMPENSASTION CAN I RECEIVE FOR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS?
The final phase of your claim is the Personal Injury Compensation settlement. Usually clients want to know up front how much money the average personal injury settlement brings. There is no minimum or maximum settlement amount. The amount of a settlement in a personal injury case depends on many factors including: the nature and extent of the injury, the amount of economic damages (such as lost wages and medical bills) and the prognosis for how long the injury should last. The longer your recovery period, the greater your pain and suffering, therefore the higher the settlement value your bodily injury claim will be.
This benefits provide compensation, regardless of fault, if you, your passengers or pedestrians are injured, as the result of your accident. RECEIVING THESE CAR ACCIDENT BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR AUTO INSURANCE RATES. YOUR ANNUAL PREMIUM IS BASED ONLY ON YOUR DRIVING RECORD, TYPE OF CAR, AND THE NUMBER OF “AT-FAULT” ACCIDENTS YOU MAY HAVE HAD IN THE PAST.
